VATICAN – His Holiness Pope Francis has appointed HE Archbishop Leopoldo Girelli, titular Archbishop of Capri, as the new Apostolic Nuncio to Israel and Apostolic Delegate in Jerusalem and Palestine, till now Apostolic Nuncio to Singapore and non-Resident Papal Representative to Vietnam.
